Strategic Planning Survey – September 17, 2021

View ASL | En Español (forthcoming) | View Spoken English

Hello FSDB Community,

FSDB is now in its last year of our current Strategic Planning cycle which started in 2017. For the last five years, we have focused our attention on five priority goals and four secondary goals striving for ongoing continuous improvement.

In preparation for the 2022-2027 FSDB Strategic Plan, we are asking feedback from staff members, parents, students, community members and business partners. As our stakeholders, your input is very important.

The information collected will be used to inform the Strategic Leadership Team as we develop our next five-year plan. Please take a few minutes to answer four very important questions by Friday, October 1, 2021.

  1. What does our school do well? What advantages does our school have?

  2. What disadvantages does our school have? What could be improved at FSDB?

  3. What is missing from the school that might be important to us? What are the unique elements in our community that might provide opportunities? (These would be external factors that may contribute to FSDB and build on our strengths.)

  4. What obstacles do we face that negatively affect our school? What challenges does our school face?

Thank you for your time and thoughtful responses. Together we can continue to improve to be the very best choice for our students, families, and staff members.

Sincerely,

Tracie C. Snow President
