Greetings from Vaill Hall!
We’re excited to share some of the wonderful activities and updates from around the dorm this October! Our students have been busy learning, growing, and celebrating the season in creative ways.
Activities
1st West practiced how to write in cursive, Ezekiel even started practicing cursive on his homework. Also, the students enjoyed coloring their own animals together.

1 East has been doing color-by-number books during their quiet time; this is a good way for them to develop their color/ number recognition.
2nd North for good behavior got to play video games. This will become a weekly reward for the 3rd – 5th graders.
2nd West had fun making rubber band bracelets; they could show their creativity and spend time together. To continue the Halloween spirit, the students had a movie night and enjoyed popcorn and hot cocoa. Since the start of the school year, the students have been practicing their cheer routines. Also, they made their own handshakes and are enjoying showing their peers.

Vail Hall had a pumpkin painting activity where they got to all be together and watch a Halloween movie!

Annex South is preparing for the holiday season. They made beaded bracelets to give to their friends and family.
