Hello FSDB parents, students, staff, business partners, and community members.
The FSDB Strategic Planning Team has been hard at work this school year developing the 2022-2027 FSDB Strategic Plan. Since the fall, the team has reviewed, discussed, and integrated feedback from the following sources.
FSDB Climate surveys (staff, parents, and students)
FSDB Employee Engagement surveys
SWOT (Strength Weaknesses Opportunities and Threat) survey
Feedback shared by community and business partners
Current expectations from the Florida Department of Education
Florida Department of Education 2020-2025 Strategic Plan
2021 Cognia Accreditation recommendations.
We believe the proposed Strategic Priorities and Strategic Goals capture the voice from our internal and external community, represent who we are and what we do, and sets the bar for where we want to be by 2027.
We would like you, our FSDB community and partners, to provide the FSDB Strategic Planning Team with feedback by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21. All comments will be reviewed and considered prior to the final plan being presented to the FSDB Board of Trustees at the April 8th board meeting. Suggestions submitted through this survey may be included as action items under a specific goal.
