In honor of April's Deaf Women's History Month, Tina Jones, FSDB Museum Staff, interviews Ursula Tiberio, a retired teacher from the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind. Ms. Tiberio taught at the Deaf High School and Deaf Middle School until she retired in 2015.
